Justin asked Russ how he knows if a game is accessible before purchase. Just last month, a supergroup of game publishers got together to create the Accessible Games Initiative, which will put accessibility-related tags into storefronts.

They just got started to I don't know how widespread it is yet, but in the future Russ can look for the "Color Alternatives" tag, which indicates that either the game does not communicate info through color or provides a setting to adjust it.

I'm glad Russ mentioned the colorblind issue. I've been looking forward to trying this, but it sounds like I'm going to need to wait a bit as well. A bit unfortunate since everyone seems to be giving this glowing reviews.
