Is this where we put game suggestions? Because I think they need to try Peglin and The Crush House. I think Justin and Griffin both would really enjoy those.
you missed the two most important october releases:
-Slay the Princess: The Pristine Cut drops on october 24th, the perfect chance for you to rectify the terrible crime you’ve committed by neglecting to mention this amazing game for a full year since its release!
-Life is Strange: Double Exposure comes out on october 29th, and goddamn i hope it doesn’t suck.
Since you're talking about Metaphor I'd like to remind you all of my new favorite Persona-like: Marvel's Midnight Suns from 2022. I got it with Steam's turn based sale and I'm obsessed, it has all the "push bad guys into other bad guys" action of Into the Breach AND you can chill out with your BFF Wolverine by the pool. 9/10 bonkers plot best game
Question for Griffin: as a Maple Leafs fan who as inherited Craig Berube, what can I look forward to experiencing with him as coach? Any favorite Berube bits?
Have you guys checked out Supervive (formerly Project Loki) at all? It's coming out Q4 this year and has a big open test with Steam Next Fest. It's kind of hero shooter mashed with battle royale and maybe some smash bros spiking?
Hey hey! With the mention of ghost watch, I’d like to highly recommend “Without Warning” fantastic tv movie done in style of breaking news. Give it a watch! https://youtu.be/Td3EEyHa6cw?si=UF1A3So7eUsRS6NN
Do you happen to know how/if the the ReFantasia demo differs from the full game? I'm seeing excellent reviews scores, but the demo has a lot of load screens and what feels like jumps in the gameplay.
Plante brought up such an interesting point about machine games, the studio behind Wolfenstein, doing Indiana Jones. It's just as wild that red fall was done by arkane, the studio that did dishonored. Microsoft owns both of these studios...... Why didn't uncle Phil say hey guys, just switch. Why are you doing this while the other guys are doing that? Just switch it up.
Hey movie and tv stuff for Halloween: 1) Have you guys seen Dead Set? British mini series from the creator of Black Mirror that's basically a Big Brother Tv series continuing as a zombie apocalypse occurs around them? Really fun stuff! 2) Plante mentioned last year a movie that he felt just took him on a ride and had a moment of being like " yes, i'm here for this". Well, have you seen Mandy (Nick Cage movie)? I feel like that's that Halloween movie. Love y'all.
Hey guys! Another game recommendation coming your way! I know you guys don't really talk much about games you can just chillax to some lo-fi beats and don't really have an "end game" goal to strive for, but I feel like Justin and Griffin might be into it since they are known D&D (and other types of those games) fans. Tiny Glade is a procedural building game where you can create a diorama of sorts by placing houses (square and cylindrical) and crating paths, alter terrain, vmcrate ponds, etc.. I'd say maybe look it up and stuff and see if it might be something one of you are into! It's definitely helped me relax when stress and anxiety is starting to climb. Just turn in some low temto music and relax. Anyway, love the show and please keep recommending me games to spend money on so I can't afford rent! ✌️

Just checking in. Balatro is on Apple's Appstore now, is Justin okay? I just want to make sure he's remembering to eat and take care of himself.

you guys should check out GIVE UP THE GHOST, it’s an indie mystery rpg similar to disco elysium that just got spotlighted on kickstarter!
Has Griffin checked out Culinary Class Wars on Netflix? It seems like the kind of Asian reality show that'd be right up his alley.
Justin's "From" updates are a delight.
You guys should check out the penguin on hbo. Very good!
You guys should do a UFO 50 GOTY list of the top 10 from the collection.
