What we’re reading:
Don’t be intimated by the whole “Winner of the Pulitzer Prize” thing. This nesting doll of a novel is charming and inventive and should delight anybody who enjoyed The Great Gatsby as high school mandatory reading. We know you’re out there!
Recommended by Justin and Plante, both of whom endorse the audiobook edition!

The comment section is already so nice!!
So regarding the weapon degrading issues Justin brought up, I learned recently there's actually another part of the gameplay loop regarding that. If you break a decayed weapon, pristine versions will start showing up in the depths held by those shades, so the game really does reward you in a way for experimenting and breaking weapons. It's not perfect or ideal but I thought it was a really cool addition and something I wish I knew at the start.
