gentle game recommendation: the gb emulator on my switch updated a few days ago with the pokemon trading card game. i played it a lot as a kid but it was nice revisiting and being able to play through my TV. 10000% recommended to any advance wars/earthbound fans or anyone just after an old school 8bit pokieman experience. the science, fire & fighting club music theme is magnificent. hope someone gets a smile out of it :) have a good week!
A great old-school arcade Beat 'em Up is Shadows over Mystara (rereleased on PC/consoles a few years back as "Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara"). You and 3 friends band together to hack/slash/blast your way though fantasy monsters of all types. Multiple unique characters, choose your own path, and most importantly really fun combat.
Am I the only person who hates Shadowhearts name (and bangs)?! It’s so emo and 90s teen angst that I don’t want her around even though she’s a good class. At least a hat fixes the bangs.
Also would really love an “I’m sorry!” Option to de-escalate a situation when you accidentally trigger a fight with people you otherwise haven’t pissed off.
I don't have a playstation so I have no skin in this game, but I don't think providing the codes in plain text is a good model for future giveaways. It's prone to be exploited by bots among other issues. Maybe in the future the newsletter can have a link to sign up for a raffle, and then draw X random email addresses from that raffle 24 hours later to award the codes to? I know there are websites and services that can do raffle drawings.
Double Dragon makes a surprise return!
All the codes were taken immediately. Besties fans are QUICK.

Raw dogging codes online like this hasn't worked in ages.
I will get a code. One day...
